All fees are final and non-refundable.

Use of Submitted Information

By applying, you grant FSI permission to review, evaluate, and internally share your application with mentors, partners, and selection committees.

Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, text and materials belong to Founders Support Initiative and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Program Changes

FSI reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any program, grant, or opportunity at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

FSI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from use of this website, application submission, or participation in any program.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
